Mode of Internship
At BrandBizzTech, you can choose the mode of internship that suits you best: Online, Offline, or Hybrid.
Online Mode:
You must work for a minimum of 5 hours daily, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Start time is flexible after 10:00 AM — you can choose your timing.
Work will be assigned and submitted online.
Offline Mode:
You are required to come to the office daily, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Office hours are approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Additional work, if any, can be completed from home.
Hybrid Mode:
A combination of both online and offline work as per project requirements.
You can work from home and visit the office when required.
Attendance Requirement:
Regardless of the mode (Online, Offline, or Hybrid), all interns must mark their attendance daily.
You will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group, where you must report your attendance on a regular basis.
Internship Charges and Fees
At BrandBizzTech, we maintain complete transparency regarding our internship charges
Registration Fees:
A mandatory ₹500 (non-refundable) registration fee for all interns, regardless of internship duration or role selected.
Training Requirement:
If you need training (i.e., you are a fresher or require proper guidance to start the work), you must complete a 1-month training program. Training Fee: ₹2500 (separate from internship fees). After completing training, you can officially join the internship.
Without Training:
If you already have the required skills and experience, you only need to pay the ₹500 registration fee to directly start your internship.No additional training fees will be required in that case.
Will I Get Paid During Internship?
At BrandBizzTech, our focus is on building your skills first and then providing opportunities based on your performance.
If you are a student or a fresher with no prior work experience, you must first go through a mandatory 1-month training period (Training Fee: ₹2500).
During the internship, your performance will be monitored carefully — your learning attitude, task completion, creativity, punctuality, and dedication matter.
Based on your performance: You may be offered paid tasks. You may be given a stipend either on a monthly basis or on a task basis.
There is also the possibility of getting hired for a permanent position if you show excellent skills and dedication.
Important:
Payment or stipend is not guaranteed for everyone. It is purely performance-based.
If you show exceptional performance during the first month, you will be eligible for paid opportunities during your internship.
